Lay down your lists, your packages and your cares.
It's only for a few minutes. I know, but you can do it.
Shhhh. Ok, now breathe in deeply and exhale slowly.
Lets try to relax our shoulders
and those oh so tense muscles in our necks.
Drop your head forward. Just let it hang there for a moment.
Feel the stretch? Doesn't that feel good?
Ok, lift your head back up,
and let it drop slowly to one side....
then slowly, let it drop to the other side.
Lift you head high. Hold it there.
Now, just sit for a bit
and watch the last autumn leaves drift to the ground.
